Beautiful house to swap - June July and August. 3 bedroom, 3 bath spacious place, all wood floors, fireplace, solar heated swimming pool (warm!!!) and hot tub, nice big outdoor deck. Hip and modern. Fantastic location IN Elysian Park surrounded by Eucalyptus trees very near Dodger Stadium. Although the listing says USC we are not really in that area - we are in Echo Park right next to Silver Lake/Downtown. Unique setting for Los Angeles! Close to cool clubs and restaurants and downtown - easy access to studios - 15 minutes to Universal and Warner Bros., 20 minutes into Hollywood, 30 minutes to Santa Monica or Disneyland. Very close to the 5, 110, 2 and 101 freeways. One bedroom has trundle bed (a twin that pops into a king) and one is fully kid friendly (toys and games galore) with a twin, and the master has queen platform bed. Kitchen is new, modern and nice. 2 bonus rooms for music listening or media or crafts or whatever you're into! Big plasma TV. Gorgeous custom designed closets and floors - super stylish. Our dates are possibly flexible. We are looking for someone terrific and caring to stay in our wonderful place -
